I can wholeheartedly recommend this Kung Fu and martial arts school. Christian brings not only decades of experience but also a calm and enthusiasm that is rare to find these days. He takes his time, explains techniques clearly, and caters to each student individually. The atmosphere is both motivating and respectful – you simply feel welcome, whether you're training for the first time or have been for years. Anyone who wants to experience Kung Fu and holistic martial arts will find a fantastic place here.

I particularly enjoy the classes because they teach principles and methods with substance that help you progress, even if you have been exploring these subjects for a long time, rather than superficial aspects or rigid forms. I benefit enormously from the teacher’s many years of experience and wide-ranging knowledge, especially when it comes to health and inner development. Every class is an interesting, very rewarding and enjoyable evening. I hope to keep attending for a long time.

Christian is a wonderful teacher. He teaches Qi Gong and Kung Fu holistically, from the inside out. He lives it and manages to pass on his knowledge in a way that brings everything together: the inner and the outer, body and mind. Nothing here is tacked on or pretend. All of this with cheerful calm and ease. I love it!

I have been attending Christian’s Qi Gong and Kung Fu class for about a month. I really enjoy it and am so grateful to have found the school. Christian’s guidance is excellent. I feel motivated to practise on my own as often as possible and am already seeing my first progress and successes. We learn the correct movements and forms, as well as background information about Chinese medicine, energy pathways and more. There is a bit of everything! I wholeheartedly recommend it!

I was accepted into the class without any prior knowledge. At the beginning, I was shown how to avoid conflict situations through careful observation and appropriate action. Christian places great emphasis on de-escalation. In the first few sessions, I was taught the basics of self-defense techniques to effectively protect myself from physical attacks. I especially appreciated that Christian adapted the pace of his instruction to my comprehension and learning ability. Since I am unfortunately confronted with physically intimidating behavior at work on a regular basis, I was able to clearly see my own progress in conflict situations. I reacted to these situations, which I found threatening, with more composure and self-confidence. I was surprised myself at how much my sense of security grew after just a few practice sessions. I highly recommend Christian's classes for protecting your physical boundaries.

Frequently asked questions

01 Do I need any prior experience?

No. Classes are structured for people starting without prior experience. Pace, range and resistance are adapted gradually.

If you have acute symptoms, seek appropriate professional guidance on what range is suitable before joining. If you already have experience, you will be met where you are.

02 What makes your teaching different from other martial arts?

The focus is not on wearing you out or on competition, but on inner development. You learn to feel Qi, understand your body and practise techniques that actually work — no show, no ego.

The foundation is Wuzu Quan, complemented by Wuji, Systema and Vee Arnis Jujitsu.

03 When and where do the classes take place?

Stillness in Motion Wednesdays 6:15–7:15 pm, Inner Kung Fu Wednesdays 7:15–8:15 pm, Systema Thursdays 7:15–9:15 pm. All classes take place at Grimmstraße 1, 80336 Munich, 3rd floor.

A free trial class is available at any time.

04 How much does the training cost?

€69 per month for one course, €79 for two, €89 for all three. Every additional course is just +€10 extra.

Trial class is free. Drop-in sessions available at €25.

05 Can I join as an older adult?

Yes. Many students are over 50 and train alongside younger adults.

Technique, intensity, and complexity are built gradually. During a trial class, we can find the course and pace that suit you.
