My journey began in 1983 with a simple question: What is true strength? Is it raw muscular power — which fades with age — or the intelligent, supple strength that grows throughout a lifetime?
My search led me through more than 30 styles, but it was the teachings of Grandmaster Chee Kim Thong that gave me the answer. In Wuzu Quan and Wuji Quan I found the essence: Geng — explosive force from complete relaxation, precise timing, and inner stillness.
But true mastery demanded more: a deep understanding of the human body. That is why I became an osteopath and TCM therapist.
